1. What Cruxlee Is

Cruxlee is a personal crypto trading dashboard providing charting tools, technical indicator overlays, a confluence-based signal scoring system, a personal trade journal, and optional Telegram alerts for coins you choose to track.

Cruxlee is not financial advice. Nothing in the Service — including charts, indicators, confluence scores, or Telegram alerts — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All signals are generated from technical analysis rules and may be wrong, delayed, or based on incomplete data. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile; you can lose some or all of your capital. Use the Service at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account & Access

• Access is granted via a one-time purchase and tied to the email address used at checkout.
• Sign-in uses a passwordless "magic link" sent to your email — keep access to that inbox secure, as we have no separate password-reset mechanism.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Service is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Payment

• The Service is offered for a one-time fee of $39 USD (or the then-current listed price), granting lifetime access to the Service as it exists at time of purchase and as reasonably updated thereafter.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (NOWPayments) in cryptocurrency. Payments are non-custodial — funds go directly to us, and we never see or store your wallet address.
• Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are not automatic and are not guaranteed. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a verified technical failure preventing access to the Service, contact us at bobanavramovik@gmail.com and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
• We do not guarantee any specific uptime, feature set, or indefinite continuation of the Service, though we intend to maintain it on an ongoing basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or tamper with the Service's access/paywall controls
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account access with others
• Use the Service to engage in unlawful activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's infrastructure or underlying third-party APIs beyond normal personal use
• Send excessive automated requests to the Service or its Telegram bot

6. Third-Party Data & Services

The Service relies on third-party data providers (including Binance, CoinGecko, and alternative.me) and third-party infrastructure (including Firebase, Vercel, NOWPayments, Resend, and the Telegram Bot API). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or downtime. Market data, signals, and alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable due to factors outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed signals, delayed alerts, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for access.

9. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
